Responsibilities
- Client Service & Relationship Management
- Manage and service a VIP Personal Lines portfolio, including renewals, policy changes, and customer inquiries.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional and personalized customer service.
- Conduct thorough annual policy reviews to ensure clients have the most appropriate coverage and competitive premiums.
- Help clients understand their insurance coverage by providing professional advice and recommending policy adjustments when needed.
- Retention & Account Growth
