Hi there! We are South and our client is looking for a Sourcing & Supplier Management Virtual Assistant to support our sourcing and supplier operations.

We expect you to manage supplier communication, track documentation, and keep all sourcing data organized and up to date. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and supporting product development. We need someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while keeping everything structured and on track.

Responsibilities

• Request samples from new and existing suppliers
• Follow up with suppliers on pricing, MOQs, lead times, and availability
• Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
• Keep supplier contact information organized and up to date
• Organize supplier documents including COAs, SDSs, specifications, and quotes
