About the role

Join the Infrastructure and Operations Team in the Virtualization, Storage & Backup Administrator position. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, supporting, and enhancing enterprise IT infrastructure across on‑premises and hybrid environments. You’ll ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and resilient while contributing to infrastructure lifecycle initiatives, automation, and day‑to‑day operational excellence in collaboration with the IT Infrastructure Lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for enterprise infrastructure services, including compute/virtualization, networking and voice/video, storage and backup, and database platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and escalates complex or high‑risk problems as needed.
