Job Details

• Location: London + Hybrid
• Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
• Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice across a range of projects helping draft and negotiate contracts, supporting bids and tenders, and ensuring alignment with Vodafone Business’s growth, revenue, and transformation goals while maintaining compliance and protecting the business from legal and regulatory risks.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Product, and Delivery teams to offer timely, commercially focused advice across the Vodafone Three organisation, encouraging collaboration and ensuring risks are well managed.
• Identify and assess legal risks, using structured frameworks to reduce exposure to financial, regulatory, or reputational issues, and proactively help the business stay ahead of potential problems.
