Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for property management operations across British Columbia, focusing on A‑class office assets.
• Establish and execute strategic priorities aligned with Colliers’ national platform, client objectives, and growth strategy.
• Oversight of a complex portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and consistent service delivery.
• Partner closely with leasing, asset management, operations, construction, project management, and accounting teams to optimize asset value and client outcomes.
• Champion innovation, technology adoption, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Directors, Regional Managers, and property professionals.
