I. JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the Vice President, Human Resources Labor Strategy & Negotiations is to lead the organization in fulfillment of the intent and mission of its founders, Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV. In doing so, the Vice President, Human Resources Labor Strategy & Negotiations leads with the values of its founders and commits to preserving and honoring The Queen's Health Systems' (QHS) unique heritage.
As a key member of the QHS executive leadership team, the Vice President, Human Resources Labor Strategy & Negotiations is responsible for directing the Labor Strategy and culture of the organization consistent with its mission and values; developing and achieving corporate goals, objectives, and initiatives; and implementing procedures to adequately safeguard the assets of QHS.
