Warehouse Manager – Custom Flooring Centres (Sechelt, BC)

We are a busy, family-owned flooring company that has proudly served the Sunshine Coast (Sechelt, Gibsons, Pender Harbour, Halfmoon Bay, and Powell River) for over 30 years. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Manager to run our Sechelt warehouse and lead a great small team.

What the Job Looks Like Day-to-Day

• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate a tight-knit team of 3–5 warehouse staff
• Oversee all shipping, receiving, accurate order picking, and inventory control of flooring products (carpet rolls, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile, underlay, trim, adhesives, etc.)
• Load and unload trucks (by hand and forklift – certification provided if needed)
• Coordinate daily deliveries and pick-ups with suppliers, transport companies, and our own delivery drivers
