• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end storage management for factory raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables.
• Establish standardized workflows for receiving, warehousing, storage, sorting, outbound operations, and inventory checks.
• Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, coordinate daily storage operations, and ensure accurate material tracking to support production.
• Team Management and On-site Development: Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentive programs.
