• Analyze warehouse operation processes (inbound, inventory, outbound), optimize warehouse layout, operation routes and equipment configuration, introduce automation tools to improve warehouse space and labor efficiency, reduce operation costs, and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Formulate inventory management strategies, monitor inventory turnover rate, accuracy rate and other indicators, optimize inventory structure, handle slow‑moving products and abnormal inventory, coordinate warehouse resource allocation, control warehouse costs (labor, space, equipment) to improve inventory health and cost effectiveness.
