Operational Leadership – lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse activities including picking, receiving, stock accuracy, reworks, labelling, production and assembly.
Performance & Continuous Improvement – monitor team and individual KPIs such as pick accuracy, stock accuracy, throughput and on‑time despatch.
Health & Safety – conduct regular H&S inspections, equipment checks and ensure all staff follow safety procedures.
People Leadership – recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
