About the role

We have two permanent full-time roles available in the Water and Sewer Operations team based at the Batemans Bay Depot. In these roles you will operate and maintain water supply and sewer systems, ensuring the protection of public and environmental health.

Your main duties will include:

• Operating water and sewer systems in accordance with established operating procedures and the requirements of Council’s Pollution Control Licences.
• Coordinating and supervising the tasks of Water and Sewer Assistant Operators.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out with safety, quality and environmental considerations.

The starting salary for this position is $2,591.33 per fortnight plus 12% superannuation.
