As part of Graham's Water Division, you will function as a Project Coordinator, aiding Project Managers and Superintendents in effectively managing schedules and project costs. This role is critical for maintaining communication and documentation to ensure a successful outcome. Your contributions will support safety and quality initiatives, working within our established frameworks on a 10/4 then 5/2 schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project timelines and maintain budgets
• Oversee project documentation including revisions
• Manage changes through notices and adjustments
• Record meeting minutes and share updates
• Support safety reviews and quality assurance tasks
