About This Opportunity

The welder's tasks are:

  • read and interpret production plans and drawings, visualize the assembly required, and determine the steps and models required.
  • Perform various operations such as drilling and facing of panels or other parts to be assembled.
  • Use the grinders to prepare the parts to be welded.
  • Align components using calipers, rulers, support pieces, etc.
  • Weld the components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in different positions (flat, vertical, horizontal).
  • Solder the components using Flux-Cord wires or Metal-Cored wires.
  • Cut the components using a torch (flame cutting).
  • Use manual or semi-automatic, fully automated equipment.
  • Weld plates from 5 mm to 15 mm in single or multiple pass.
  • Perform necessary cleaning of parts before approving them for painting.
