About the Role

Employment Type: Contractual, full-time (1-2 years).

Responsibilities

• Promote health, safety and environment policies in all aspects of assigned work
• Assist Client in preparing technical scopes for any tendering activity
• Attend morning operational meetings/other meetings
• Act as focal point of coordination between Clients on all matters related to contract execution, including personnel deployment, invoicing, notices, documentation, permissions and statutory matters, to support smooth contract execution
• Be responsible for all administrative and operational execution matters
• Plan and deliver contract deliverables in a time‑bound manner
• Provide reports to Client regarding the contract as and when required
• Attend coordination/interface meetings with other departments, third parties and consultants involved in the project
