Things You Need to Have

Possess a bachelor’s degree in a related Information Technology/Engineering field. Have a minimum of five (5) years proven experience working as a Wireless Solutions Architect/Consultant, providing enterprise wireless architecture, design, and advisory services for complex, multi‑site environments. This should include experience with:

Wireless controller and access point refresh/migrations. WLAN standardization and multi‑site rollout execution. Wi‑Fi capacity upgrades and performance optimization. Security uplift initiatives (e.g., 802.1X, WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise, certificate‑based authentication). Guest wireless design and segmentation.

Possess an active Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) – Wireless certification and maintain certification in good standing for the duration of the engagement. Rated Resource Qualifications / Requirements
