Position Overview
Front‑line manager responsible for overseeing the Social Services Program, leading case‑management and shelter teams, and ensuring service delivery to clients through difficult times. Responsibilities
Case Management Team Supervision
– Direct daily management of caseworkers, conduct case conferences, maintain case‑management system, develop policies, perform intake and risk assessment, provide clinical interventions, and produce program reports. Shelter Supervision
– Lead frontline workers, schedule shifts, conduct performance reviews, ensure health and safety compliance, supervise client support, maintain incident reports, and manage shelter operations. Team Management
