Front‑line manager responsible for overseeing the Social Services Program, leading case‑management and shelter teams, and ensuring service delivery to clients through difficult times.
Responsibilities
- Case Management Team Supervision – Direct daily management of caseworkers, conduct case conferences, maintain case‑management system, develop policies, perform intake and risk assessment, provide clinical interventions, and produce program reports.
- Shelter Supervision – Lead frontline workers, schedule shifts, conduct performance reviews, ensure health and safety compliance, supervise client support, maintain incident reports, and manage shelter operations.
- Team Management – Conduct staff training, supervise meetings, oversee recruitment and orientation, maintain personnel records, manage staffing plans, and develop student placement plans.
