Oxford Hawks is seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced Women's 1s Assistant Performance Coach to join their team for the 2026/27 season and beyond. This role will involve co‑coaching the Women’s 1s in National League (England Hockey Women’s Conference – Midlands) and overseeing the Women’s 2s, currently in the South Central Premier Division 1.
With an exciting club development vision, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of Oxford Hawks. The club offers high‑quality facilities, including an onsite clubhouse and two floodlit artificial grass pitches.
The primary goal is for the coach to foster a collaborative environment, working with the squad and the 1s performance coach to define shared performance and process goals, ensuring both teams are positioned to reach their full potential.
