In this position, you will assess clients for participatory suitability in programs while managing a smaller caseload. You’ll facilitate essential workshops and support clients' journey through job search and training. Your efforts will directly impact jobseeker experiences, enhancing equity and inclusion within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a reduced caseload of jobseekers
• Screen clients for eligibility in the project
• Conduct group workshops for skills development
• Build supportive relationships with clients
• Facilitate client connections with potential employers
Requirements:
