- Lead enterprise-wide Workforce Management operations - Act as the functional SME for Dayforce WFM (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence) - Partner with Operations to optimize staffing models, labour utilization, and scheduling - Drive compliance with labour standards and collective agreements - Lead WFM integration for new contracts, acquisitions, and expansions - Own WFM governance, system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement - Mentor and support WFM analysts and schedulers across the business
