The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy workshop. You will manage a team of technicians, ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
* Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
* Organise the daily workflow, assign jobs, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* Conduct final quality control inspections to guarantee all work meets stringent company and manufacturer standards.
* Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on assistance to technicians for complex diagnostic and repair challenges.
