Worship Director: Christ Central of Southern California

Job Description:

The Worship Director will lead Worship and Worship Operations ministries (“Worship Ministries”) and provide general support for the Pastoral Staff. This position is up to 40 hours per week (based on candidate’s availability).

Musical Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Sunday morning and special worship services
• Select, arrange, and prepare songs and relevant media for worship teams
• Organize practices and training for instrumentalists and vocalists
• Facilitate musical development and skills training as needed for worship team members
• Coordinate the Worship Production Team for the set‑up of all equipment for rehearsals and services
• Ensure worship technology and equipment is up to date, in working order, and well organized
