About This Opportunity
- Take full ownership of store business operations, responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, and executing headquarters' strategies on the ground.
- Manage daily store operations including staffing, merchandise, displays, inventory, customer service, and customer experience.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and conduct performance management for store staff, building an efficient team to support both sales and service.
- Act as the business owner of the store — oversee foot traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, marketing campaigns, new product launches, brand standards, and maintain relationships with the mall and headquarters.
Qualifications
