This is a full‑time, shore‑based role located at the base in Road Town, Tortola, the heart of the beautiful British Virgin Islands, the sailing capital of the world. Role Overview

In this role you will be the backbone of the company, responsible for ensuring yachts undergo maintenance checks prior to charter start. You will debrief charter guests, process work sheets, check that turnarounds are completed, deal with service calls, coordinate maintenance work with external vendors and suppliers, complete insurance compliance, and move boats. When required, you will also brief customers on yacht systems, delivering a high level of customer service.
