1. YF IOS planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
   • YF IOS process and sub-process structure planning and promote continuous improvement;
   • Organize YF IOS annual improvement opportunity identification and promote for its implementation;
   • Receive YF IOS improvement proposal, organize review meeting with process owners, stakeholders and take action.
   • Plan and organize annual YF IOS management review meeting.
