Responsibilities

• Execution and detail planning of renovations, new construction and replacement projects.
• Creation of building plans and visualisations from project conception to implementation.
• Project management, including cost and quality control.
• Maintaining close contact with architects, marketers, customer advisors, owners and governmental authorities.
• Work load: 80–100 % based on individual preference.

Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification as architectural drafter / drafter (specialised in high‑rise) or experienced in residential construction.
