一、学历与专业• 大专及以上，机械设计/自动化/材料成型/机电一体化等相关专业

二、核心工作经验（硬性）• 主流：2–5年SMT治具设计经验• 必备：能独立设计印刷治具、过炉载具• 加分：波峰焊、分板、AOI、测试、点焊、气动治具设计经验• 资深岗：5–10年，可带团队、做DFM、对接客户三、软件技能（必备）• 2D：AutoCAD（必选）• 3D：SolidWorks（必选）、Pro/E/Creo、CATIA 、UG（必选）
